In-person and distance Reiki sessions are available with the intention of helping individuals restore their personal power.
Reiki is a simple, gentle, energy practice that is used for stress reduction and relaxation to support the body’s natural healing process. It may be hands-on or touch-free. Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care a person may be receiving by addressing the body in a holistic way, bringing harmony and balance to each person who receives it. Our body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. A person must be willing to change in a positive way if they are to receive the full benefit of Reiki treatments. Long term imbalances may require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by our body to heal itself.
Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei), which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy.” Reiki is spiritual in nature—it is not affiliated with any religion or religious practice. The practitioner uses guided life force energy channeled to the patient in order to activate the natural healing process and to restore physical and emotional well-being.

Our specialized sessions incorporate healing stones to amplify your Reiki experience. These stones are chosen for their energetic properties and are used to enhance your emotional and physical well-being.
For example, the heart chakra plays an important role in our overall well-being as it supports the throat chakra as well as the solar plexus chakra. Heart chakra imbalances may occur due to trauma during early years of childhood, affecting our ability to relate to others and express love.
Chakras need to receive energy when they are out of balance or deficient. Energy can be received through Reiki, meditation, aromatherapy, yoga, exercise, chanting, and by the use of gemstones or flowers. It may take time to restore energy to the chakra, or it could happen quite easily. Each person is unique.
There are specific balancing “helpers” related to each chakra. Heart chakra helpers include the element of air, the sense of touch, the musical note F#, chanting the mantra Yam (or a as in play), gemstones of rose quartz, aventurine and emerald, and essential oils of rose and jasmine.

Experience profound relaxation and stress reduction through sound immersion (sound baths) sessions. Common instruments used include Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, rain disks, chimes, as well as other instruments that promote resonant tones. Sound waves wash over your body, connecting with your body's internal rhythms. Once connected, a signal is sent to your nervous system, shifting it from a sympathetic (fight or flight) state to a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. This leads to a slower heart rate, deeper breathing, and muscle relaxation without conscious effort. Benefits include stress reduction, improved mood, relaxation, and support for emotional well-being. Many people feel calmer, refreshed, and mentally clear after a session. Sound baths typically last between a half hour and 75 minutes and is accessible to all.
